Services and improvements made by Gyrodyne since acquiring the property include the installation of defibrillators at key locations within the complex for the safety of tenants and visitors, as well as the provision of an Internet-driven Landport Property Management System, which enables tenants to submit maintenance requests, 24/7, via a secure website. The system immediately notifies the property managers and the preferred service vendor, thus dramatically cutting response time to every tenant’s need.
