The Grove has been in business since 1962, growing 17 varieties of citrus fruit on 3,700 contiguous acres. They supply Indian River grapefruit and a variety of oranges throughout the country, as well as the export markets in Europe and Asia. Located in Florida's Palm Beach County, the lower and warmer end of the Indian River District, The Grove has a reputation for excellence in quality fresh fruit.
- Following several years of pursuing a major development plan for the Grove, which included a substantial commercial/retail component and 10,000 residential units, the application was denied. In the latter part of 2008, the Grove did receive approval to develop 2,996 residential units and 235,000 square feet of mixed commercial/retail space.

- Gyrodyne has a limited partnership investment in the Callery-Judge Grove located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The investment represents a 9.99% interest in a limited partnership that owns a 3,700+ acre citrus grove.
